Clients who mediate with Private Courts may either be working with attorneys as their representatives or in pro per (on their own behalf.) In the latter instance we are able to provide document assistance, mostly as a courtesy to our mediation participants.

FOR a nominal fee we will help you with your in pro per case - help you conclude your court paperwork, even if you had an attorney at any stage. This form work can be done easily if you are in a mediation process and if you receive document assistance. You will be self representing, or have a reviewing/ consulting attorney and we can still help you conclude your case, as long as you have a Marital Settlement Agreement.

California Law has a six month and one day waiting period from time of filing and service on the other Party, before your divorce can become final. his is not automoatic, as Petitioner will have to file a final set of documents. To illlustrate timing we you can look at this PDF FILE illustration.
